1. Introduction
At GradeReach, we are committed to providing high-quality academic assessments and Olympiad examinations that enhance students’ learning and analytical abilities. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided for registrations, services, and other payments made to GradeReach.
By registering for any GradeReach Olympiad, assessment, or educational service, the user (student, parent, or school) agrees to the terms described in this policy.
2. Registration Fee Refund Policy
All Olympiad registration fees paid to GradeReach are generally non-refundable, as the fee covers administrative costs, technology infrastructure, examination preparation, and evaluation services.
Refund requests will normally not be accepted once the registration is successfully completed.
However, exceptions may apply under limited circumstances as described below.
3. Eligible Situations for Refund
Refunds may be considered only and only in the following cases:
(a) Duplicate Payment
If a participant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same registration (Class and subject), the extra payment may be refunded after verification.
(b) Technical Payment Failure
If the payment is deducted from the bank account and paid to GradeReach but the registration is not confirmed, the participant may request a refund or registration confirmation after verification.
(c) Cancellation by GradeReach
If an Olympiad or assessment is cancelled by GradeReach due to unforeseen circumstances, the participant may be eligible for:
· A full refund, or
· A transfer of registration to a future examination.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• Change of mind after registration
• Failure to appear in the examination
• Incorrect details entered during registration
• Late submission of required documents
• Violation of exam rules or disqualification
• Internet or device issues on the participant’s side during online exams
Participants are advised to verify all details before completing payment.
5. Refund Request Procedure
to request a refund In case of eligible refund situation, participants must submit a written request to GradeReach support with the following details:
· Student name
· Registered email ID
· Transaction ID & Payment receipt
· Date of payment
· Reason for refund request
Requests should be sent to the official GradeReach support email within 7 days of the payment date.
6. Refund Processing Time
If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during registration. Please note that payment gateway or banking charges may be deducted, where applicable.
7. Modification of Policy
GradeReach reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
